INTEREST IN AN ASSOCIATE As at 30 June 2011, the Group held approximately 30.85% (31 December 2010: 26.16%) interest in Visiondigi (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. ( 上海威乾視頻技術有限公司 ) (“Visiondigi”) which was firstly acquired on 4 January 2010 at a consideration of approximately RMB20,050,000. The Group had made additional capital injection of approximately RMB3,085,000 for the six months ended 30 June 2011. 14. TRADE AND OTHER RECEIVABLES AND PREPAYMENT The Group allows a credit period from 60 to 90 days to its trade customers.
