All of the capital expenditure was financed by internal resources. Capital Structure Indebtedness Borrowings Bank loans of the Group as of 30 June 2010 amounted to approximately RMB130.1 million (2009: approximately RMB55.9 million). Pledged bank deposit amounting to approximately RMB97.3 million was arranged in the year 2010. As of 30 June 2010, among all of the bank loans, approximately RMB36.4 million were denominated in Korean Won, approximately RMB4.9 million were denominated in Japanese Yen, while approximately RMB88.8 million were denominated in U.S. Dollars. The gearing ratio of the Group by reference to the total debt to total book capitalization ratio (with total book capitalization representing the sum of total liabilities and shareholders’ equity) was approximately 6.9%, reflecting that the Group’s financial position was at a sound level. Bank facilities As of 30 June 2010, the Group had unutilized banking facilities of RMB250.0 million with Yuyao Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, RMB130.0 million with Yuyao Branch of China CITIC Bank and RMB55.0 million with Yuyao Branch of Bank of Ningbo. Debt securities As of 30 June 2010, the Group did not have any debt securities. Contingent liabilities As of 30 June 2010, the Group did not have any material contingent liabilities or guarantees.
