SHARE CAPITAL Details of change during the year in the share capital of the Company are set out in Note 27 to the consolidated financial statements. During the year, neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries purchased, sold or redeemed any of the Company’s listed securities. DISTRIBUTABLE RESERVES OF THE COMPANY Distributable reserves of the Company as at 31 December 2009, calculation under the Cayman Islands Companies Law amounted to RMB1,047.5 million (2008: RMB992.6 million) including share premium of RMB685.8 million and retained earnings of RMB361.7 million.
