In order to qualify for the final dividend, and be eligible to attend and vote at the forthcoming AGM of the Company, all transfer of shares accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company’s branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited of Shops 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong for registration not later than 4:30 p.m. on 11 May 2010. OUTLOOK AND FUTURE STRATEGIES The economic environment in 2010 is still subject to uncertainties in spite of the improvement and stablisation since the second half of 2009. However, the Group is cautiously optimistic to its business in 2010. By leveraging on its advanced R&D capabilities, extensive client base and diversified product portfolio and product mix, the Group will continue to pursue its “Mingpeijiao” strategy and to achieve excellence in pragmatic manner.
