AMOUNT DUE TO A MINORITY SHAREHOLDER OF A SUBSIDIARY The amount at 31 December 2008 was unsecured, bearing fixed interest at 4.5% per annum and has been repaid in January 2009 while the amount at 31 December 2009 is unsecured, bearing interest at prevailing market rate and repayable in 2010.
