31 Annual Report 2007 年報 Closure of Register of Members The Register of Members of the Company will be closed from 19 May 2008 to 21 May 2008, both days inclusive, during which period no transfer of shares will be registered. In order to qualify for the final dividend, and be eligible to attend and vote at the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company, all transfer of shares accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company’s branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited of Shops 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong for registration not later than 4:30 p.m. on 16 May 2008. Share Option Scheme On 25 May 2007, the Company adopted a share option scheme (the “Scheme”) for the purpose of providing incentives and rewards to eligible participants who contribute to the success of the Group. Eligible participants of Scheme include, without limitation, employees, Directors and shareholders of the Group. Up to 31 December 2007, no share option has been granted or agreed to be granted to any person under the Scheme. 暫停辦理股份過戶登記手續 本公司將由二零零八年五月十九日至二零零八 年五月二十一日期間（包括首尾兩天）暫停辦 理股份過戶登記手續。為符合資格獲派末期股 息、出席應屆本公司股東週年大會及於會上投 票，所有股份過戶文件連同有關股票，必須於 二零零八年五月十六日下午四時三十分前，送 呈本公司於香港之股份過戶登記分處香港中央 證券登記有限公司，地址為香港灣仔皇后大道 東 183 號合和中心 17 樓 1712 至 1716 號舖。 購股權計劃 於二零零七年五月二十五日，本公司採納購股 權計劃（「計劃」），目的為鼓勵和獎勵對本集 團的成功有重大貢獻的合資格參與者。合資格 參加者包括但不限於僱員、董事和本集團股 東。截至二零零七年十二月三十一日，並無根 據計劃向任何人士授出或同意授出購股權。
