The amount for the year ended 31 December 2006 represented dividends declared by Sunny Optics, Ningbo Instruments and Sunny Opotech to their then shareholders prior to group reorganisation. 2. Subsequent to the balance sheet date, a final dividend of RMB0.021, (equivalent to approximately HK$0.022) (2006: nil) per ordinary share has been proposed by the directors and is subject to approval by the shareholders in the annual general meeting. The final dividends proposed after the balance sheet date has not been recognised as a liability at the balance sheet date. 10. 股息 附註： 1. 截至二零零六年十二月三十一日止年度的 款項指浙江舜宇光學、寧波儀器及舜宇光 電信息於集團重組前向各自當時股東宣派 的股息。 2. 於結算日後，董事建議派付末期股息每股 普通股人民幣 0.021 元（約 0.022 港元）（二零 零六年：無），惟須獲股東於股東週年大會 批准。建議於結算日後派付的末期股息並 未於結算日確認為負債。
