Skyfame Realty (Holdings) Limited (In liquidation) is an investment holding company primarily engaged in the property development business. It is incorporated in Bermuda and listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The Company operates its business through four segments. The Property Development segment is engaged in the development and sales of residential, commercial, serviced apartments, villas, composite development and other properties. The Property Management segment is engaged in the provision of property management services and rental assistance services. The Property Investment segment is engaged in the leasing of investment properties. The Commercial Operation segment is engaged in provision of commercial services at the Company’s youth community projects. The Company mainly conducts its business in the domestic market.

Status of Liquidation
The Company is subject to winding up proceedings in Bermuda. On 14 November 2025, the Supreme Court of Bermuda ordered that the Company be wound up. Mr. Michael Penrose, Ms. So Kit Yee Anita, Ms. Lau Wun Man, and Mr. Joel Edwards are appointed as Joint and Several Provisional Liquidators of the Company, who act as agents of the Company only and without personal liability."
