FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2021 截至二零二一年十二月三十一日止年度 NOTES TO THE CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS 綜合財務報告附註 125 年報 2021 ANNUAL REPORT 1 一般資料 首佳科技製造有限公司（前稱首長寶佳集 團有限公司）（「本公司」）為一間投資控股 公司。本公司及其附屬公司（統稱「本集 團」）主要從事製造鋼簾線。 於二零二一年十二月六日，本公司將其中 文名稱由首長寶佳集團有限公司更改為 首佳科技製造有限公司。 本公司乃於香港成立之有限公司，其註冊 辦事處地址為香港柴灣新業街 6 號安力工 業中心 12 樓 1215 室。 本公司股份於香港聯合交易所有限公司 （「聯交所」）主板上市。 除另有說明外，本綜合財務報告以港幣千 元（「港幣千元」）呈列。 2 重大會計政策概要 編製此等綜合財務報告時採用之主要會 計政策載列如下。除另有所指外，該等政 策於呈報之所有年度貫徹採用。 2.1 編製基準 本公司之綜合財務報告乃根據香港 財務報告準則（「香港財務報告準 則」）及香港公司條例（「香港公司條 例」）（第 622 章）而編製。此等綜合財 務報告按歷史成本常規法編製，惟 按公平值計量之租賃土地及樓宇、 投資物業及按公平值計入損益之金 融負債除外。 1 GENERAL INFORMATION Shougang Century Holdings Limited (formerly known as Shougang Concord Century Holdings Limited) (the “Company”) is an investment holding company and together with its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the “Group”) are principally engaged in the manufacturing of steel cords. On 6 December 2021, the Company changed its English name from Shougang Concord Century Holdings Limited to Shougang Century Holdings Limited. The Company is a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong. The address of its registered office is Room 1215, 12/F., Honour Industrial Centre, 6 Sun Yip Street, Chai Wan, Hong Kong. The Company’s shares were listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”). The consolidated financial statements are presented in thousands of Hong Kong dollars (HK$’000), unless otherwise stated. 2 SUMMARY OF SIGNIFICANT ACCOUNTING POLICIES The principal accounting policies applied in the preparation of these consolidated financial statements are set out below. These policies have been consistently applied to all the years presented, unless otherwise stated. 2.1 Basis of preparation The consolidated financial statements of the Company have been prepared in accordance with Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (“HKFRSs”) and requirements of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (“HKCO”) (Cap. 622). The consolidated financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention, except for leasehold land and buildings, investment properties and financial liability at fair value through profit or loss, which are measured at fair values.
