8 SHOUGANG CENTURY HOLDINGS LIMITED 首佳科技製造有限公司 BIOGRAPHICAL DETAILS OF DIRECTORS 董事簡歷 蘇凡荣先生 ，年五十四歲，於二零一五年一月 加入本集團為本公司副總經理，並於二零一五 年十二月一日獲委任為董事常務副總經理。蘇 先生自二零一八年一月十八日起獲調任為本 公司董事長及分別擔任本公司提名委員會主 席及薪酬委員會副主席，並於二零一八年一月 三十一日獲委任為董事總經理。目前，蘇先生 擔任本公司所有全資附屬公司之董事職位。彼 亦擔任首控香港之副總經理。彼持有美國密蘇 里州立大學工商管理碩士及北京科技大學壓力 加工專業學士學位。彼於一九九零年加入首鋼 集團，先後任職於首鋼集團旗下多間公司。蘇 先生在鋼鐵行業有逾二十五年的銷售及管理經 驗。 蘇先生與本公司簽訂作為本公司董事長之服 務合約，期限由二零二一年一月一日起至二零 二三年十二月三十一日止。現時，蘇先生可獲 收取每月港幣 220,000 元之薪金，該薪金乃根 據本公司之財務狀況、蘇先生之經驗及職責、 業界之薪酬基準及當時市場環境而釐定。 Mr. Su Fanrong , aged 54, joined the Group as a deputy general manager of the Company in January 2015 and was appointed as the executive deputy managing Director on 1 December 2015. Mr. Su has re-designated as the chairman of the Company and acted as the chairman and vice- chairman of the nomination committee and remuneration committee of the Company respectively since 18 January 2018, and he has been appointed as the managing Director on 31 January 2018. At present, Mr. Su holds directorship in all wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company. He also acts as the deputy general manager of Shougang HK. He holds a Master degree in Business Administration from Missouri State University and Bachelor degree specialising in Pressure Processing from University of Science and Technology Beijing. He joined Shougang Group in 1990 and has been working in various companies under Shougang Group. Mr. Su has over 25 years of sales and management experience in the steel industry. A service contract was entered into between Mr. Su and the Company for a term commencing from 1 January 2021 and ending on 31 December 2023 to act as a Chairman of the Company. At present, Mr. Su’s monthly salaries is entitled to HK$220,000 which is determined with reference to the financial position of the Company, the experience and duties of Mr. Su, the remuneration benchmark in the industry and the prevailing market conditions.
