SF REIT is a Hong Kong real estate investment trust constituted by a trust deed entered into on 29 April 2021 ("Trust Deed") between DB Trustees (Hong Kong) Limited as the trustee ("Trustee") and SF REIT Asset Management Limited as the manager of SF REIT ("Manager"). SF REIT was listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("Stock Exchange") on 17 May 2021 ("Listing Date").

SF REIT's property portfolio ("Properties") consists of four modern logistics properties located in Hong Kong, Changsha, Foshan and Wuhu. SF REIT is the first listed logistics-focused REIT in Hong Kong.
