Link Holdings Limited( "the Company" ), stock code: 8237, is listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 7 July 2014. It commenced operations of its hotel business in Singapore with the opening of Link Hotel in 2007.
Link Hotel is a four-storey boutique-style hotel in two blocks spanning across Tiong Bahru Road, Singapore. The approximately 270 guest rooms and suites in the hotel were designed under Chinese, Malay, Indian and modern themes. The Link Hotel was retrofitted from 2 conservative public housing buildings, known as "red flat", whose existing structure and reddish style were preserved and retained. With its strategic and convenient location, integrated facilities and qualified service, Link Hotel obtained numerous awards and attracts business travellers and tourists from different regions.
In June 2014, the Company completed the acquisition of Bintan Assets. The Bintan Assets, which is in Indonesia, comprises 62 parcels of land in a total area of approximately 425,497 sq.m. Subsequently, the Group further acquired adjacent parcels of land. Currently, the Group accummulated 82 parcels of land with a total area of approximately 500,000 sq.m. Link Holdings' aim is to maintain its unique positioning as a boutique-style hotel in Singapore and to expand its business to other Southeast Asian countries. The Bintan Assets will be a new growth driver of the Company.
In September 2019, the Group opened a spa hotel, namely, Hanatsubaki Spa Hotel in Japan.
