According to JLL, in terms of contracted sales among the top 100 local property developers, our Group, together with our joint venture, ranked 28th in Dongguan (with market share of 0.6%), 63rd in Changsha (with market share of 0.4%) and 39th in Hefei (with market share of 0.6%), and accounted for 1.3% and 0.8% of the market share in Heyuan and Hengyang respectively.
