SHARE-BASED PAYMENTS (Continued) Equity-settled share option scheme (Continued) An option may be exercised at any time during the period to be determined and notified by the directors to the grantee and in the absence of such determination, from the date of acceptance of an offer of the grant of such option to the earlier of the date on which such option lapses and ten years from the date of offer of that option. A consideration of HK$1 is payable upon acceptance of the offer. The exercise price is determined by the directors of the Company, and will not be less than the higher of the nominal value of the share; the closing price of the Company’s shares on the date of offer; and the average closing price of the shares for the five business days immediately preceding the date of offer.
