(LOSS) EARNINGS PER SHARE (continued) The computation of diluted loss per share for the six months ended 30th June, 2020 did not assume the exercise of the Company’s share options as the exercise price of these options was higher than the average market price for shares from the date of grant. 10. DIVIDENDS The Directors did not recommend the payment of an interim dividend for the six months ended 30th June, 2020 and six months ended 30th June, 2019. 11. PROPERTY, PLANT AND EQUIPMENT During the six months ended 30th June, 2020, the Group acquired property, plant and equipment amounting to approximately HK$8.9 million (unaudited) (for the year ended 31st December, 2019: approximately HK$60.5 million (audited)).
