Other than Hop Fung Group Company Limited, all subsidiaries are indirectly held by the Company. None of the subsidiaries had any debt securities subsisting at 31st December, 2019 and 31st December, 2018 or at any time during the year. The above table lists the subsidiaries of the Group which, in the opinion of directors of the Company, principally affected the results and assets of the Group.
