East Nova Holdings Limited is an investment holding company (formerly known as Hang Sang (Siu Po) International Holding Company Limited). The Company operates its business through four segments.

The Printing segment is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of apparel labels and packaging printing products. The Food and Daily Necessities segment is engaged in the sale and distribution of food, daily necessities and utility products. The Restaurant Operation segment is engaged in catering services by restaurant operations. The E-cigarette segment is engaged sale of vaping devices/e-cigarette products in New Zealand.
