On top of that, it is important for the Investment Manager to track with relevant regulatory requirements to make sure that there is no non-conformity occurred. Every employee is responsible to maintain a safe and healthy working space, with the goal to foster a zero-injury work culture. These guidelines and standards are outlined in employees’ induction package, and such guidelines and standards are subjected to review for continuous improvement. Health advice from the government has been closely observed with proactive measures taken to ensure that the health of the employees is safeguarded. Besides, the Investment Manager has been pursuing the following measures to safeguard the health and safety of its employees: ‧ providing face masks and sanitiser in offices for employees who are in need; ‧ providing annual medical check-up package for all employees; ‧ providing sufficient storage space for files and stationeries; ‧ providing a first-aid kit with sufficient supplies in offices; and ‧ maintaining a tidy and clean working environment. Employees are also encouraged to participate in the annual fire drill to maintain awareness on fire safety. Building management office also inspects the fire exit regularly to ensure a non-obstructed escape passage whenever there is an occurrence of fire emergency. During the Reporting Period, there were no cases of non-compliance noted in relation to relevant health and safety law and regulations, including but not limited to Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance (Cap. 509, Law of Hong Kong).
