Formulate ESG strategies and targets, develop ESG policies, monitor ESG risks and review the ESG report. Board of Directors ESG Taskforce Execute ESG policies, develop action plans, identify and manage ESG risks and prepare the ESG report. As the Board and the ESG Taskforce join forces, this not only ensures that the Company’s ESG governance structure is running smoothly in accordance with the relevant ESG guidelines and regulations, but also helps the Company better manage its ESG risks and opportunities effectively.
