Exchange Rules and IPOs Records published on Web Page
The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong has posted Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) records and Exchange rules on its web page today (Thursday) to provide investors with convenient access to the information.
The IPOs information from 1994 to 1998 posted on the web includes the names of sponsors, accountants and valuers, and other key data. Both the Chinese and English versions of the Rules of the Exchange, and the English version of the Listing Rules are posted on the web today, the Chinese version of the Listing Rules will be available later.
A spokesman for the Exchange said that the provision of information via the internet would make the information more readily available to the public. "The IPOs records will provide additional information to help investors make their investment decisions," the spokesman said.
