

Vice Premier Wu Bangguo visited The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), this morning and was briefed on the latest developments in the Hong Kong securities markets from HKEx Chairman Charles Lee (second from right) and HKEx Chief Executive Kwong Ki-chi (third from left). Financial Secretary Donald Tsang, Lee Hon Chiu, Board member of HKEx and Lawrence Fok, Deputy Chief Operating Officer of HKEx and Chief Executive of the Stock Exchange were also present for the visit.

Vice Premier Wu was accompanied by Financial Secretary Donald Tsang, (right), HKEx Chairman Charles Lee (second from right) and HKEx Chief Executive Kwong Ki-chi (second from left) on his tour of the trading hall, where the group stopped for a brief talk with veteran stock broker David Tung (left).
