RESULTS OF JARDINE STRATEGIC HOLDINGS LIMITED PUT WARRANT AUCTION
15th April 1997 - Jardine Strategic Holdings Limited today announced that on 15th April 1997 SBC Warburg sold on the Company's behalf 3,906,159 Put Warrants at an average price of US¢26 per Put Warrant. It is expected that cheques for the proceeds will be issued to relevant shareholders no later than 22nd April 1997.
