ANNOUNCEMENT OF JARDINE STRATEGIC HOLDINGS LIMITED PUT WARRANT AUCTION
14th April 1997 - Jardine Strategic Holdings Limited today announced that an auction of 3,906,159 Put Warrants will take place at 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday 15th April 1997 (Singapore time). Bids for all or any of these Put Warrants are invited from 9.00 a.m. today 14th April 1997 (Singapore time) and must be received no later than 2.00 p.m. on 15th April 1997 (Singapore time). Bids made for less than the total number of Put Warrants to be auctioned must be made in multiples of 500 Put Warrants.
