Jardine Matheson Board Adds Group Strategy Director
22nd May 2001 -- Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited today announced that Mr. Brian Keelan has joined the Board as Group Strategy Director and will be responsible for corporate finance including acquisitions, disposals and long-term financing. Mr. Keelan has spent twenty-five years in investment banking, the last twelve as managing director, corporate finance and board member of UBS Warburg.
Henry Keswick, Chairman of Jardine Matheson, said, "I am delighted that Brian Keelan has agreed to join the Board. He has been a trusted adviser of the Group for a dozen years and will now enhance our planning and the implementation of strategic transactions as a colleague."
