Mr Joseph Andrew Greenway Regional Director - Information Systems Mr Greenway was posted to Courts (Singapore) Limited in 2001 as Regional I.T Director. Prior to joining Courts (Singapore) Limited, he was with Courts Plc from 1987 to 2001, holding various managerial positions. He was promoted to I.T Operations Director at Courts Plc in 1999 and Regional I.T Director in 2001. In 2005, he also took on responsibility for new business development. Mr Greenway is currently studying for a Masters degree in Business Administration. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors, the Project Management Institute, Singapore Computer Society and British Computer Society. |

Ms Goh Choon Gek Director - Buying Ms Goh joined Courts (Singapore) Limited in December 2003 as Controller - Electrical Buying and was promoted to Director - Electrical Buying in February 2006. Ms Goh's first foray into the consumer electronics industry started at SAFE Superstore. Prior to joining Courts, she was with Caltex Singapore Pte Ltd, taking care of the convenience store retail business from 2000 to 2003. She also worked for TopsSupermarket, part of the Royal Ahold Group from 1998 to 1999, running one of the divisions in the Merchandising Department. Ms Goh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore as well as a Diploma in Retail Management from the Singapore Retailers Association in association with the University of Stirling. |

Ms Kee Kim Eng Director - Strategic Planning With over 25 years of work experience, Ms Kee has held positions in various public listed companies in diverse business industries including manufacturing, construction, property and trading. Ms Kee qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in 1990 and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, U.K. She is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. |

Ms Kiranjeet Kaur Regional Director - Human Resources Ms Kaur joined Courts (Singapore) Limited in February 1997 as Controller - Customer Service where her main role was to develop the customer service standards for the Company. She later focused on implementing customer service initiatives for the Warehouse and Logistics departments before she was promoted to Director - Human Resources in January 2002. Prior to joining Courts, Ms Kaur was with Courts Mammoth Bhd (Malaysia) holding various managerial roles from 1987 to 1995. Ms Kaur holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada and is currently pursuing a degree in Master of Human Resource Management. |

Mr Edward Nixon Regional Director - Electrical Buying Mr Nixon joined Courts (Singapore) Limited in January 2002 as Director - Electrical Buying for Singapore where he was responsible for regional buying responsibilities. In January 2004, he took on the role of Director - Regional Buying for Courts Worldwide Purchasing before he became Director - Operations of Courts (Singapore) Limited in March 2005. Prior to joining the Company, he was Director - Electrical Buying with Courts Mammoth Bhd (Malaysia) from 2001 to 2002; and Director - Electrical Buying with Courts (Fiji) Limited from 1998 to 2001. Previously, he worked with two leading U.K. retailers; Argos Distributors Limited (U.K.) and Texas Homecare (U.K.) where he acquired extensive experience. Mr Nixon holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in German and Finance from Oxford Polytechnic and is currently undertaking a degree in Master of Business Administration. |

Mrs Christina Oliver Director - Marketing Mrs Oliver joined Courts (Singapore) Limited in December 2002 as Controller - Marketing and was promoted to Director - Marketing in October 2004. Prior to joining the Company, she worked in the U.K. where she garnered extensive retail experience. She held the position of Account Director for Asda (Wal-Mart) Corporate Brand with the Gratterpalm Group Limited from 2000 to 2002. In addition, she was the Marketing Coordinator with Ford Motor Company from 1998 to 2000; and the Marketing Coordinator with TDI Advertising Ltd (better known as Time Warner) from 1996 to 1998. Mrs Oliver holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Economics from the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. |

Ms Gail Alice Richards Director - Audit & Business Risk Management Ms Richards joined Courts (Singapore) Limited in 1991 as Controller - Accounts and Admin Coordinator. She was Controller - Internal Audit from 1994 to 2002 and later became Regional Credit Manager in 2002. In 2003 she became Director - Audit & Business Risk Management. Prior to joining Courts (Singapore) Limited, she was with Courts Furnishers (U.K.) Ltd from 1982 as Regional Accounts Supervisor. Ms Richards is a member of the Singapore Institute of Internal Auditors. |

Ms Teo Seer Seer Regional Director - IT Buying Ms Teo joined Courts (Singapore) Limited in 1999 as Commercial Manager - I.T Buying and was promoted to Director - I.T Buying in 2002. In December 2006, Ms Teo moved to Furniture Buying to head up the department as Director - Furniture Buying. Prior to joining Courts, she acquired vast retail operations and product merchandising experience in retailing. She was the Product Group Manager with Electric City Pte Ltd from 1997 to 1999 and Retail Operations Manager with Telecom Equipment Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of SingTel from 1996 to 1997. Ms Teo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics from National University of Singapore, Diploma in Retail Management from the Singapore Retailers Association in association with the University of Stirling and a LCCI Group Diploma in Accounting. |

Mr Neil James Todd Director - Systems Since joining Courts in 1993, Mr Todd has held a variety of responsibilities for I.T systems, credit management and logistics in both Singapore and Thailand. In his current role, he is responsible for the I.T systems in both countries and is focusing on the replacement of all legacy systems with Microsoft Dynamics Navision. Prior to 1993, Mr Todd was in public practice with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in Edinburgh from 1986 to 1990 and Coopers & Lybrand in Singapore from 1990 to 1993. Mr Todd holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Computing Science from the University of Glasgow. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989 and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. |
