Mr Jack Hennessy Mr Hennessy was appointed as Non-Executive and Non-Independent Chairman on 16 August 2007. He is Managing Director of Baring Private Equity Asia (Baring Asia), an Asia focused private equity fund with over US$1 billion under management and offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Tokyo and San Francisco. Based in Baring Asia's Singapore office, he has over 11 years of experience in the private equity industry. Mr Hennessy also serves as a member of Baring Asia's Investment Committee, Portfolio Management Committee and Remuneration Committee and sits on the board of several of Baring Asia's portfolio companies. Prior to joining Baring Asia, Mr Hennessy was a General Partner with Allen & Buckeridge, an Australian private equity fund. He started his career as a Senior Consultant with Accenture in Asia and the U.S.A. |

Mr Terence Donald O'Connor Mr O'Connor was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company on 2 January 1995 and was last re-elected on 12 July 2007. Mr O'Connor is also the Chairman of the Executive Committee. He was later appointed Regional CEO for Courts (Singapore) Limited in December 2007 and in his capacity as the Regional CEO, Mr O'Connor oversees Courts across 4 markets - Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. In public and community services, he is the Honorary Secretary of the Singapore Retailers Association and President of the British Chamber of Commerce. He is also a regular commentator on retail issues in both the regional and local media. Mr O'Connor holds a degree in Master of Business Administration in Retailing and Wholesaling from the University of Stirling, and he is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. |

Ms Kee Kim Eng Ms Kee was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 April 1998 and last re-elected on 12 July 2007. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Company and also holds directorship of Courts Megastore (Thailand) Limited. She was later appointed as Regional CFO in December 2007. With over 25 years of work experience, Ms Kee has held positions in various public listed companies in diverse business industries including manufacturing, construction, property and trading. Ms Kee qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in 1990 and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, U.K. She is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. |
