(13 August 2010, Hong Kong) Yau Lee Construction Company Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of Yau Lee Holdings Limited (stock code: 406), is pleased to announce that the company has been awarded District Term Contracts for the maintenance, improvement and vacant flat refurbishment for Ma On Shan, Shatin (North) and Tseung Kwan O (1) District (Contract No. 20090108) by the Hong Kong Housing Authority. The contract comprises mainly the maintenance and improvement works for schools, domestic and non-domestic properties. The Contract was signed by Mr. Conrad WONG, Vice Chairman of Yau Lee Holdings Limited and Mr. CHAN Siu Tack, Assistant Director (Estate Management) 2 of Housing Authority, in a simple yet solemn ceremony. This 36-month contract is worth approximately HK$235 million.
