（二０一０年八月十三日，香港）有利集團有限公司﹝股票代號：406﹞附屬有利建築有限公司欣然宣布，取得香港房屋委員會馬鞍山、沙田北區及將軍澳（1）區保養及空置單位翻新工程之定期合約（合約號碼：20090108）。工程內容主要包括保養及翻新學校、住宅及非住宅物業。簡單而隆重的合約簽署儀式已於日前舉行，由有利集團副主席黃天祥先生及房屋署助理署長(屋邨管理)(二)陳少德先生簽署落實。是項工程為期36 個月，合約之總額約為港幣 2 億 3 千 5 百萬元。
