As the leading developer and operator of smart-trade logistics platforms in China, Wuzhou International Holdings Limited started to develop and operate commercial logistics parks and urban complex projects in Wuxi, China, in 2004.
In 2013, Wuzhou International Holdings Limited was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, under the (stock code 01369.HK.) As of December, 2014, the Company has expanded its business to 23 cities across 11 provinces/municipalities in east, north, northeast, southwest and central China. It has developed 36 projects in total with an overall floor area of more than 10 million square meters.
The commercial logistics parks built by the Company under the "Wuzhou International" name combine centers for international commerce, e-commerce, smart road harbor logistics, storage and delivery, comprehensive financial services and industry support. The Company has developed 20 commercial logistics parks, with many already in operation, including Wuxi Wuzhou International Decoration Mall, Wuxi Wuzhou International Industrial Expo Mall, Dali Wuzhou International Trade City, Chongqing Rongchang Wuzhou Hardware Decoration Mall, Xiangyang Wuzhou International Industrial Exhibition City, Yantai Wuzhou International Industrial Exhibition City, and Leling Wuzhou International Exhibition City.
Furthermore, Wuzhou International has developed and is operating 16 urban complexes under Wuzhou International and Wuzhou Columbus. Under the Columbus brand, projects that have started operation include Wuxi Chong'an Wuzhou International Columbus Plaza, Wuxi Wuzhou International Chinese Food Culture Expo City, and Wuxi New District Wuzhou International Columbus Plaza.
