The board of directors (the "Board") of Vodatel Networks Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held at Estrada D. Maria II, Ed. Industrial Cheong Long, 4th Floor B&C, Macau, on 12 February 2001 at 4:00 p.m. for the following purposes:

1	To consider and approve the unaudited consolidated interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 31 December 2000 and to approve the draft announcement in respect of the interim results to be published on the GEM website;
2	To consider the payment of an interim dividend, if any;
3	To consider the closure of the Register of Members, if necessary; and
4	To transact any other businesses.
