WITHDRAWAL OF LISTING OF WARRANTS

The board of directors ("Directors") of Tonic Industries Holdings Limited (the "Company") refers to the announcement of the Company dated 24th August, 2000 in relation to the expiry of the warrants of the Company (the "Announcement"). It was incorrectly stated in the Announcement that withdrawal of listing of the Warrants on the Stock Exchange will take effect from the close of business on Saturday, 30th September, 2000. The Directors hereby inform the holders of the Warrants that the correct date of withdrawal of listing of the Warrants on the Stock Exchange is from the close of business on Friday, 29th September, 2000. All other information contained in the Announcement were correct and valid.
