The Company was founded by the late Mr. Ma Kam Chan in 1968, in the name of "Tai Mau Company Limited" and adopted its present name "Tai Sang Land Development Limited" on 8th January 1973.
The Company has been listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 21st February 1973, under stock code/short name 89/TAI SANG LAND.
During the early decade of its operation, the Group was a leading market provider of warehousing spaces, cold storage and general godown services in Hong Kong. Since then, the Group has developed and invested in various properties including industrial buildings, shops and office buildings, and residential properties in Hong Kong, as well as office building in the United States of America. Recent years, the Group has further diversified its operations to hotel industry.
The Group are principally engaged in property investment, property rental, property development, estate management and agency, hotel operation and catering operation.
