In response to strong market interest, Swire Properties has released a further 18 units in its Phase One sale of The Floridian.
The new release is in addition to the initial offer of 20 units and an earlier batch of 10 additional units. It comprises 12 units from the 15th, 17th and 21st floors of Tower I, and six units from the 6th floor of Tower II. The average price of these additional units is HK$11,423 p.s.f. and the price list will be available from tomorrow afternoon at Swire Properties' sales offices on site and at the ground floor lobby of Cityplaza 4.
All the units at The Floridian, including the first batch of units on sale, are now ready for immediate occupation, Swire Properties having acquired the Government's Certificate of Compliance earlier this week.
"We believe that this will be welcomed by buyers, as they can now take possession of their units as soon as all necessary procedures are completed. This, on top of the strong response to our two-day registration, has prompted us to offer more units so as to satisfy the obvious end-users' demand there," said Wendy Gan, Swire Properties' Senior Sales and Marketing Manager.
The two-day registration for the Phase One ballot sale completed yesterday and 599 applications were received. Results of the ballot will be announced in Ming Pao Daily and Hong Kong Economic Times tomorrow (31st July), followed by flat selection on 1st August.
