NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Silver Grant International Industries Limited ("the Company") will be held at Grand I & II, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, 1 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong on Monday, the 26th Day of June, 2000 at 9:15 a.m. for the following purposes:--
1. To receive and consider the audited Financial Statements and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors for the year ended 31st December, 1999.
2. To re-elect the retiring Directors and to fix the Directors' fees.
3. To appoint Auditors and to authorize the Directors to fix their remuneration.

To be valid, a form of proxy, together with the power of attorney or other authority, in any, under which it is signed or a notarially certified copy of that power or authority, must be deposited at the registered office of the Company, Suite 4901, 49th Floor, Office Tower, Convention Plaza, Wanchai, Hong Kong not less than 48 hours before the time for holding the meeting.
