ANNOUNCEMENT
APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors of Shun Cheong Holdings Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Mr. Bernard POULIOT is appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company effective from 1st November, 1999.
The Board of Directors of the Company also hereby gives notice that Mr. Chan Nai Keong, because of his personal reasons, resigned as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 31st October, 1999.
We would like to take this opportunity to extend our welcome to Mr. Bernard POULIOT on his appointment and to thank Mr. Chan Nai Keong for his valuable contribution to the Company during the period of his services.
