The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Shun Cheong Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that pursuant to a resolution of the Board passed by a majority of the remaining directors on 16 July 2001 Mr. KWOK Shun On, George was removed as a director of the Company with effect from 16 July 2001.
