Shougang Group Co., Ltd. (a state-owned enterprise under the direct supervision of the Beijing State- owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission) and its controlled corporations, Bekaert and Li Ka Shing Foundation are the substantial Shareholders of Shougang Century.
