SHKP's APM and Tai Po Mega Mall named Most Popular Consumer
Brands in Hong Kong & Macau by mainland consumers

Hong Kong, June 27 2012: APM and Tai Po Mega Mall developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties have been named Most Popular Consumer Brands in Hong Kong & Macau of 2012 in a mainland consumer poll for the first Hong Kong Brand Excellence Awards.

The awards were given by Hong Kong Metro Finance and Shenzhen Feiyang 971 after a mainland public poll and final assessment by professional judges. Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency General Manager (Leasing) Maureen Fung was very pleased with the honours, saying: "APM is a trend-setting mall in Hong Kong and we are honoured that it won the Most Trendy Shopping Mall Award. We will keep doing our best, stay attuned to the changing market and remain dedicated to building relationships with tenants and consumers to offer a trendy, creative retail space and promote APM's unique late-night shopping and entertainment concept across the world."

She added: "The Best Lifestyle Shopping Mall Award for Tai Po Mega Mall shows its popularity among mainland visitors and encourages us to further enhance our retail concept and tenant mix to offer visitors attentive service and special offers, with large promotions on the mainland."

She also said that more resources will be allocated to APM and Tai Po Mega Mall promotions, reward programmes and special offers.
