Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) has been named the number one property developer in both Asia and Hong Kong in a poll by the noted international financial magazine Euromoney. SHKP is the only Hong Kong developer among the top ten in Asia. The results recognize SHKP's exceptional quality standards for property and service, as well as its high investment value, and speak for the high quality of SHKP's management team and its leading brand name.

The poll by London-based Euromoney covered 1,500 property-related entities from 35 countries and regions, including commercial and investment banks, investment management companies, property managers, law firms, valuators, tax advisors, real estate agencies and developers. SHKP was named the number one developer in Asia and Hong Kong. The main assessment criteria were profit and turnover, creative dynamic for investment potential, property maintenance and renovation plans, and property value retention.
