Another 32 units in Park Central on public sale at original launch prices

In response to popular demand, the developers of Park Central announced today (November 8) that an additional 32 units will be made available for public sale. These 32 units are spread throughout Blocks 7 and 8, and will be sold at the original launch price. Registrations for the public sale will be accepted tomorrow, from 10 am to 6 pm.

Eric Chow, General Manager of the Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency, said, "The internal sales of Park Central on Monday was satisfactory, with 220 units selling in one night. We received a lot of inquiries from buyers in the last few days, which shows the overwhelming market demand. As a result, we decided to offer another 32 units at the original price. US interest rates have fallen ten times of late, and we believe that this will have a positive influence on the property market, resulting in impressive sales for Park Central."

Park Central is right by a soon-to-open MTR station. The property is a joint development by Sun Hung Kai Properties, Henderson Land, the Chinachem Group and Nan Fung Development. Show flats are now open to the public from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. There is a shuttle bus service covering Tsuen Wan, Mongkok, Lam Tin and Tseung Kwan O on Friday, with additional service for Shatin, Hunghom, Admiralty, Sham Shui Po and Shau Ki Wan on Saturday.
