Selected 900 sq-ft units in Park Central go on internal sale this Sunday from $2,600

The developers of Park Central announced today (November 7) that sales consent has been granted for Blocks 5, 6 and 9 of the property. The developers will hold back most of the units in these three blocks until the Tseung Kwan O MTR station goes into service next year, but in light of the high market demand for larger units, a selection of 900 square-foot, three-bedroom flats will go on internal sale this Sunday (November 11). Prices will start from $2,600 per square foot.

Eric Chow, General Manager of the Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency said, "The first batch of 220 internal sale units in blocks 7 and 8 of Park Central got a good response from the market, and all sold in one night. Some buyers were very interested in purchasing 900 square-foot, three-bedroom units, so the developers will offer a selection of those for internal sale at a special price. We believe many buyers take advantage of this offer."

Park Central is a joint development by Sun Hung Kai Properties, Henderson Land, the Chinachem Group and Nan Fung Development, very close to the soon-to-open Tseung Kwan O MTR station. The development is also in the midst of an extensive school network and has a full range of cultural and entertainment facilities nearby. These many advantages give Park Central significant growth potential.

The property is being developed in two phases, with five residential blocks in Phase 1 providing units of more than 500 square feet to above 900 square feet. There will also be a clubhouse and landscaped garden covering 250,000 square feet, and a grand 350,000 square-foot shopping mall.
