The first batch of 16 units in Towers 7 and 8 of Park Central is being offered for public sale. The property is a premium residential project being jointly developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, Henderson Land, the Chinachem Group and Nan Fung Development. The average unit price is HK$2,790 per square foot, and the lowest priced two-bedroom unit is HK$1.4 millions. These 16 units will go on public sale on November 11.
