The average unit price is HK$2,790 per square foot, and the lowest priced two-bedroom unit is HK$1.4 millions. These 16 units will go on public sale on November 11. Registrations will be accepted on November 9.
Eric Chow, General Manager of the Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency, Donald Cheung, General Manager of Henderson Land's Sales Department, and SM Ng, Sales Manager with the Chinachem Group, met the media today (November 1) to announce sales details.
Eric Chow said, "Park Central has so many advantages, such as being 'zero distance' from the Tseung Kwan O MTR station, and it is scheduled for handover at just the right time - when the MTR to Tseung Kwan O goes into service. Park Central also has the benefit of a vast, 350,000 square-foot shopping mall to supply residents' every daily need. The development is well-planned, and uses only deluxe materials, so we believe that Park Central will represent the next generation in landmark estates. The developers are offering Park Central units at attractive prices, and it is sure to attract a lot of attention, especially from people in Tseung Kwan O, Kowloon East and Hong Kong Island East".
Park Central is in the heart of Tseung Kwan O, and scheduled for handover by the end of next year. It is being developed in two phases, with five residential blocks in the first phase. The estate will have units ranging from over 500 square feet to over 900 square feet, with two or three bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. Units will have nine-foot ceilings and more than 80% efficiency, and 65% have two bedrooms, meeting the enormous market demand for small to medium-sized flats. With an innovative floor plan, units in Park Central do not face each other, allowing residents to enjoy sweeping views from their homes. This is the only property in the district with this special design feature.
Comprehensive transport network
Park Central is right by the Tseung Kwan O MTR station that will go into service by the end of next year. Then, Quarry Bay will be just a 10-minute ride away, and it will take only 17 minutes to Causeway Bay, 24 minutes to Central and 25 minutes to Tsim Sha Tsui. In addition, there will be a transportation hub nearby, with taxis and various bus and minibus routes connecting Park Central to Kowloon, Hong Kong Island and the New Territories. The transportation around Park Central is the best in the district.
Premium School Network
Park Central is also in the midst of a full school network, with about 50 high-quality kindergartens and primary, secondary and international schools. In addition, the estate will have reading and computer rooms, offering an ideal environment for children to study.
Full range of facilities
There will be a grand, 350,000 square-foot shopping arcade in Park Central, offering residents unparalleled shopping and entertainment, and the estate will have a direct lift connection to the mall for residents' shopping convenience. Comprehensive cultural, recreational and public facilities in the area include a library, cultural plaza, seashore park, central park and medical centre, meaning that residents will enjoy the ideal life.
Deluxe club house and lush garden
The development's lush garden and club house will cover 250,000 square feet, with comprehensive facilities including an outdoor swimming pool, family pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi, musical massage room, pebble massage area, BBQ site, bowling alley, Internet cafe, gymnasium, aerobics room, tennis court, multi-purpose sports hall, squash court, model car track and family spa / steam and sauna. And to offer residents extra value, the club will organize a variety of courses and activities from time to time.

The Hong Yip Service Company, a subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties, will offer the finest in property management for Park Central and its facilities, using advanced technology like smart card systems and superhome.net. Hong Yip will also provide 'Privilege Home Services' for residents, helping them handle all their day-to-day matters with special care.
