Sun Hung Kai Properties' SHKP Club is celebrating its sixth anniversary and membership reaching 150,000. To mark these milestones and in appreciation of members' continuous support, the Club is offering a new Member-Buyer Reward Programme. The SHKP Club's Managing Director May Lau, Assistant General Manager Winnie Tse and Josephine Lam, Marketing Director for Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency, met the press today (October 22) and explained the programme.

Under the programme, up to 50 members who joined the Club by October 18, 2001 will have priority over the general public to buy Park Central at the private sale, and be eligible for rewards of up to HK$10,000. The longer the membership, the higher the reward.

The developers agreed to hold an exclusive preview of the Park Central show flats for Club members on Friday October 26 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday October 27 from 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m. The show flats are at the Park Central site, and a shuttle bus service will run from Tsuen Wan, Lam Tin, Mongkok and Tseung Kwan O to the show flats. During the preview, members must attend in person and complete the necessary registration form in order to have first priority to buy a unit in Central Park at the private sale. A computer ballot will decide the 50 lucky members, and the remaining members' registrations will go into the general private sale registration pool.

In addition to priority of purchase, the lucky 50 will receive rewards of up to HK$10,000, depending on their length of membership. Those who joined after October 18, 1999 will receive HK$6,000, while members who have been in the Club for more than two years (joined on or before October 18, 1999) will get HK$10,000. The reward programme does not apply to purchases made through property agents and the purchase must be made in the member's name.

Since the Club was founded, we have organized various kinds of activities to provide members with the latest news about our residential developments. In appreciation of the long-term support from our members, the Club has now introduced the special Member-Buyer Reward Programme, to demonstrate our commitment to providing new privileges to our members."

Josephine Lam said "As the premium development in the territory, Park Central will enjoy easy transportation since it is very close to the soon-to-open Tseung Kwan O MTR station, and together, the developers and the SHKP Club are working to offer Club members the best choice in selecting an ideal home."

Park Central is a joint development by Sun Hung Kai Properties, Henderson Land, the Chinachem Group and Nan Fung Development. It has a premium location on Tong Tak Street in the heart of Tsueng Kwan O, very near to the Tseung Kwan O MTR station that will open soon. Then, it will just be a ten-minute ride to Hong Kong Island. The property, scheduled for completion by the end of 2002, offers units ranging from over 500 to over 900 square feet, with two or three bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. The development will also include a grand 350,000 square-foot shopping mall and 250,000 square feet of lush garden and a club house with comprehensive facilities.
