SHKP appoints Almon Yu Chief Executive Officer of
Sun Hung Kai Super Logistics

Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) announced the appointment of Almon Yu as Chief Executive Officer of Sun Hung Kai Super Logistics Limited. Mr Yu will be responsible for overall business development in logistics and e-supply chain management. In addition, he will be involved in formulating business strategies, sales and marketing plans and overseeing operations to strengthen SHKP's position in the logistics industry in Hong Kong and China.

Norman Leung, Chairman of Sun Hung Kai Super Logistics, welcomed Mr Yu's appointment. 'Almon Yu has extensive experience in logistics management, freight forwarding and cargo operations, and he will certainly take SHKP's logistics business into the next era.' said Mr. Leung.

Prior to joining Sun Hung Kai Super Logistics, Mr Yu was the Managing Director of Danzas AEI, responsible for business development in Hong Kong, China South and Macau. Before that, he was a Country Manager for Air Express International. He also worked for other leading logistics companies, including Lufthansa and Emirates, where his focus was on regional marketing and logistics management.

Mr Yu has a degree in Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Since 1997, he has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Association of Freight Forwarders Agents, and he is active in promoting the logistics sector in Hong Kong.
