The Parcville is a premium luxury residence from Sun Hung Kai Properties and New World Development, and the developers have just announced a special Premium Mortgage Plan for buyers in conjunction with Dao Heng Bank. Starting from today (June 29), the following offers are available:

1. Buyers of The Parcville can get a special interest rate on mortgages for 70% of their units' price, and a cash rebate of 8% of the mortgaged amount.

2. They can also get second mortgages from the developers for as much as 25% of the unit price, with terms of up to 20 years and no interest and no payments for the first 15 months.

Show flats for The Parcville on the third floor of the Sun Yuen Long Centre shopping mall are open to the public from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm daily.
