May 4, 2001, Hong Kong - Villa by the Park is the latest modern residential development in Yuen Long, built by Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP). The property will go on sale soon, and for the very first time SHKP will set up a Villa by the Park Information Centre for the public, to provide information on the estate's facilities and management. The Centre will be open on May 5 and 6 (Saturday and Sunday), at the Villa by the Park sales office in Sun Yuen Long Centre. SHKP's Project Manager and representatives from its Sales Department and property management company will be present to answer questions.

Show flats for Villa by the Park will open first on Saturday and Sunday (May 5 and 6) for members of the SHKP Club. The distinctive show flats are on the 2nd floor of the Sun Yuen Long Centre shopping mall, and open from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Members of the general public are welcome to join the SHKP Club, and anyone interested can fill in an application at the Sun Yuen Long Centre mall. Club members enjoy a variety of information on entertainment, activities and shopping privileges. Members are also invited to take part in SHKP's Referral Scheme, under which members who refer an eventual purchaser of Villa by the Park will receive a cash coupon worth HK$5,000.

William Tang, interior design consultant on the show flats, will also meet with the public to share his expertise in fashion and interior design with visitors to the show flats on May 6 (Sun), from 3:30 pm. The theme for the afternoon will be 'Trend and Personal Lifestyle'.

Villa by the Park consists of four 31-storey high-rise buildings with 832 units ranging from more than 500 to over 700 square feet. Over 90% of the units enjoy lush green views. Of these, 50% have views of the 800,000 square-foot Yuen Long Town Park, while the rest enjoy green mountain scenery.
