April 26, 2001, Hong Kong - Kai Shing Management Services has been appointed property manager of Villa by the Park, Sun Hung Kai Properties' latest premium residential development in Yuen Long. The company polled 638 married people between the ages of 25 and 40, asking their criteria for ideal home and property management service.

Information on special discounts from nearby shops

The poll shows that for high-quality property management these days, basic security and cleaning services are no longer enough. The new way to provide premium management service is to take care of every aspect of residents' daily needs. To satisfy the new generation of residents, Kai Shing incorporates property management and intelligent facilities with the latest intelligent building security and "Ideal One-stop Home Service" in Villa by the Park, to let residents experience the 21st century lifestyle.

As the poll demonstrates, residents put tight and reliable security and computerized management as the first two most-desired services.
