First-time offer of 40 Block 1 units in Royal Peninsula from $3,276

Taking advantage of favourable market conditions with the cut in US interest rates and the lower interest rate environment, Royal Peninsula will offer 40 units in Block 1 for the first time, at prices starting from $3,276 per square foot. Royal Peninsula is a luxury residence in Kowloon jointly developed by Henderson Land and Sun Hung Kai Properties, with magnificent views of Victoria Harbour. A brand new sea-view show flat in Block 1 will be open to the public for the first time this Saturday (April 21).

Flats in Royal Peninsula range from 867 to 1,322 square feet. Attractive financing options have been arranged for buyers with mortgages reduced from 5% to 4.5% for the first three years and prime less 2.3% for the remainder of the term. Buyers will also have the option of receiving a cash rebate. Other special payment packages include: second mortgages of up to 20% of the unit price at a very competitive rate, no administration fees for buyers, or mortgages of 85% of the unit price at prime less 1.5% for the entire term. To attract first-time buyers under Government housing assistance programmes and HOS applicants, the developers are offering them a 1% discount on the unit price as a special incentive to purchase Royal Peninsula.

The developers are also staging a carnival this Saturday and Sunday (April 21 and 22), with food and entertainment. A free shuttle bus service will operate over an extensive network of routes.
