SHKP's Shui Pin Wai Residential Development formally named 'Villa by the Park'
The Tallest Property Development in the Most Prestigious Area of Yuen Long

April 9 2001, Hong Kong - Sun Hung Kai Properties is pleased to announce the name of its prestigious residential development in Shui Pin Wai, Yuen Long: 'Villa by the Park'. Villa by the Park is the tallest up-market property in Yuen Long. It offers primarily small to medium-sized units which are much sought after in the current property market and will be another market favourite after 'The Parcville'.
