The 'Three Piggies' television commercial for SUNeVision's PropertyStreet won two prizes from the Asia Television and Hong Kong Advertising Association, as chosen by a popular audience vote: one of the Top Ten Commercials in Hong Kong and Best of the Best Commercials in Hong Kong. The Three Piggies characters in the advertisement took the Best Characters award in the last year's competition.

Registered PropertyStreet users (www.propertystreet.net) now stand at about 150,000, making this the most popular property web site in Hong Kong. The site provides a full range of property related services, such as eMortage, a mortgage referral service. Just a few months after it was launched, the service had facilitated a total of HK$900 million in mortgages. Other services include interior design referrals, eMall and insurance referrals. More services tailored for the market will be launched in the near future.

Limited edition Three Piggies plush toys were on sale last year, and all stocks were gone within one month. PropertyStreet did keep some stock, to donate to the children in Po Leung Kuk, and for a Po Leung Kuk charity sale to benefit needy people.
